As a Marketplace Specialist you will work in the given fields:
Operations and Communications:
• Act as the primary POC for the dedicated Amazon country, taking ownership of the channel and assuming responsibility for overall performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, advertising, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Vendor Managers to align on product selection, set priorities, and manage stock levels effectively.
• Work closely with the Product Data Team to ensure accurate and optimized product information and offer quality.
Product Performance and Offer Management:
• Monitor and analyze the performance of top-selling items, adjusting strategies to maximize sales and visibility.
• Manage stock levels, ensuring product availability to meet customer demand.
• Adjust prices and set promotions on amazon to help drive sales and profits
• Support new products upload, for other brands outside the METRO family.
• Conduct regular analysis of portfolio profitability, considering cost of goods sold, advertising costs and other fees.
• Ensure adherence to Amazon's policies and best practices.
• Maintain positive account health, reviews, and feedback score.
• Own and manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the assigned markets
Amazon PPC and Promotion Performance:
• Manage monthly budget and recommend adjustments based on performance.
• Establish and manage different promotion types including Deals, Vouchers, Quantity Discounts.
• Able to learn the logic of the ads and collaborate in managing the campaigns
