This position ensures effective product onboarding for Sellers, reducing the complexity of creating products and offers, minimizing the time to get sellers live and aligning improvements for the increase in their sales. The Seller Success Manager's efforts are crucial in maintaining a dynamic marketplace where sellers are well-supported and motivated to succeed, directly impacting the platform's performance and sustainability.
Job scope
Each Seller Success Manager is responsible for one or more assigned countries. The role needs to interact in the language of the assigned country. The Seller Success Manager focuses on the growth of products, offers and sales in the platform. Their core mission encompasses with the price competitiveness. This role supports the Business Partner Manager to communicate and argument the seller integration connections we have in the different countries in case of language barriers. Core activities ✓ Take on a key role and relationship in the article onboarding phase of new sellers until they get live with their assortment ✓ Optimization calls, coaching sellers: customized strategic business advice to improve grow sales due to assortment / cross border extension & pricing ✓ Selling Seller Marketing activities ✓ Sales data analysis ✓ Collaboration and coordination of cross functional projects to improve efficiency ✓ Training and development (onboarding of new joiners, stay updated on industry trends, best practices, train internal teams on processes, continuous self-improvement and skill development.
