Key responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with the commitments defined in the contracts,
• Ensure the proper coordination of all internal stakeholders,
• Check the billing of recurring services and additional services,
• Ensure that the internal teams take good care of customer requests/returns,
• Inform your internal contacts of the operational news of your various accounts.
• Anticipate, under the management of the site manager and the chief operating officer, peak activity and secure shipments with transport providers in order to meet our customer commitments.
• Monitor the daily performance of transport suppliers (data collection and implementation of performance indicators)
• Ensures daily follow-up of customer service logistics expertise requests
