UX Designer - Senior Level (m/f/d)

We're seeking a talented UX Designer to help shape METRO Marketplace - our growing e-commerce platform present in 6 European markets. In this role, you'll drive user-centric product development through thoughtful design solutions that enhance our digital shopping experience.
Working within cross-functional teams, you'll play a key role in:

Developing comprehensive user journeys and workflows
Creating wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI specifications
Conducting usability tests and analyzing user behavior data
Contributing to our design system and ensuring consistent experiences
Collaborating with product teams to define the future of our marketplace
Translating business requirements into intuitive user experiences

You've got

6+ years of experience as an UX/UI Designer for digital products, preferably in e-commerce and/or B2B e-commerce
Strong background (at least 2 years) in product-oriented organizations, demonstrating end-to-end product development expertise
Experience in working in Agile environments
Experience in Service Design is a big plus
Proven ability to create and maintain experience design deliverables (journey maps, service blueprints, roadmaps, prototypes, design systems)
Experience conducting user research, including interviews and usability testing
Experience with UX research tools (Hotjar, Condens, Optimizely, Google Analytics)
Expert knowledge of Figma and working knowledge of Design Systems
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS are a plus
Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to clearly present design concepts to diverse stakeholders
