To support our growing business, we seek a dedicated HR Warehouse Manager to join our team. This role is critical in managing HR matters for our warehouse staff in Alcalá de Henares Madrid, and Casei Gerola, Italy. Between these two warehouses, you will oversee approximately 60 to 80 employees.
As our HR Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for all HR-related matters, topics, and questions for warehouse staff in both locations. This includes supporting our current team of 60 employees, which is expected to grow to 80 within the next two years.
Your Responsibilities:
·Collaborate closely with Warehouse Management to ensure timely hiring and workforce planning.
·Independently manage HR processes, including employment contracts, warnings, references, and attestations.
·Provide high-quality people care for both warehouse workers and commercial staff.
·Maintain and process HR systems, including time recording, personnel files, and report creation.
·Work within a matrix organization, collaborating with central functions and stakeholders.
·Ensure compliance with all legal obligations, including health and safety regulations.
·Follow all applicable Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs).
·Liaise with centralized HR services to streamline tasks.
·Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
