We're seeking a passionate Team Lead in the marketing environment to help shape METRO Marketplace - our growing e-commerce platform present in 6 European markets. In this role, you'll guide a team of Country Coordinators and Designers to support the digital marketing appearance to satisfy METRO’s multi-channel customers.
Leading the Brand, Design & Marketing Country Coordination Team

Oversee global planning and execution of our commercial plan incl. managing broader campaigns and sales activities
Ensure a smooth integration into METRO / MAKRO marketing channels of all countries
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and countries & continuous design development
Collaborating with product teams to define the future of our marketplace by continuously improving & developing the homepage, landing pages etc.

You've got

3+ years of experience in leading and developing people
Advanced skills in stakeholder management
Deep understanding of online marketing KPIs
Advanced project management skills, alongside strategic thinking
Experience in working in Agile environments
Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to present marketing & design concepts to diverse stakeholders
Experience in the hospitality, restaurant and catering industry is a benefit
