About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to develop, implement and enhance various payment methods (SEPA, PayPal, BNPL etc.) with a strong focus on optimising the checkout conversion rate, managing payment costs and improving customer NPS by delivery of payment transformation. Ideally, we need someone with a strategic thought process, someone with experience tackling challenges of online payments and is hands-on. You will be heavily involved in building new products while scaling and managing the current products.

Key responsibilities
- Develop a Digital Payments Strategy and an associated overall customer based digital payments proposition.
- Drive customer-centric product development, leveraging insights from customer cohorts to refine features, optimise product offering and improve customer lifetime value.
- Analyse actual results and communicate performance to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Own the product roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (accounting, finance, engineering, design) and external payment partners for reporting and achieving target KPIs.
What to expect in:
- 3 months. Connect to basic processes and routines, catch up on current initiatives
- 6 months. Identify the key challenges and propose solution to resolve at least one that will impact our main payment KPIs
- 12 months. Successfully improved conversion rate in our payment selection step by at least 5% and reduced the payment cost for our most expensive payment method by 40%
