- Work closely with business stakeholders, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to understand their data needs and translate them into solutions.
- Align with stakeholders to prioritize projects, ensure relevance, and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Ownership & Subject Matter Expertise:
- Take ownership of data topics, ensuring thorough understanding and alignment with business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing in-depth knowledge and recommendations for improvement.
- Data Governance & Quality:
- Develop processes for data quality, consistency, and governance, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Maintain detailed documentation to empower self-service analytics and knowledge sharing.
- Business Enablement:
- Apply business acumen and a commercial mindset to analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and provide strategic insights.
- Partner with teams to uncover hidden opportunities, solve business challenges, and drive innovation.
- Visualization & Insights:
- Create impactful and visually engaging dashboards using Power BI to provide actionable insights.
- Deliver intuitive visualizations that simplify complex data for decision-making across teams.
- Innovation & Best Practices:
- Continuously explore emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies to optimize analytics and engineering processes.
- Apply software engineering principles, including version control, testing, and CI/CD, to analytics code.
