What You Will Need to Do:
- Coach, mentor, and support the UX design and UX research teams (6+ people).
- Champion a user-centric approach, leveraging Design Thinking and Service Design principles to create seamless experiences across both online and offline touchpoints.
- Balance B2B-specific scenarios with broader B2C user expectations to craft intuitive and scalable solutions.
- Guide and support designers within cross-functional SCRUM teams, ensuring their success and growth.
- Develop a strategic approach to design and research, driving meaningful change and innovation.
- Generate innovative ideas and create scalable designs and processes aligned with business growth.
- Solve complex user problems through elegant and thoughtful design solutions, collaborating closely with product teams.
- Work with other leads to continuously coach teams, improving work methodologies and fostering a strong design culture.
- Prioritize effectively, ensuring the team stays focused on the right objectives and collectively achieves desired outcomes.
