In this role as Vendor Support Manager, you will be working with a dynamic and international team that’s primarily focused on supporting our Vendors. Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Helping new vendors to onboard to our marketplace primarily in Portugal and Spain (and also other countries).
- Support vendors on integrating via EDI, API or other interfaces to our system
- Driving results in a cross-functional environment
- Support monitoring the delivery performance of vendors that are already live in our marketplace
- Serving as the first point of contact for vendor service escalations
- Contributing to the definition and design of tools, standard operating procedures and processes.
