On behalf of Metro Markets GmbH, latest addition to the Metro Group, we are urgently looking for an outstanding, operations-driven individual to join our E2E Fulfilment team as Team Lead E2E Fulfilment. 

What ​you ​will be doing:

• Lead, develop, and motivate the E2E Fulfilment team to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and effective communication.
• Act as the primary liaison with ERP team, summarizing business requirements and aligning priorities.
• Drive performance and cost visibility by analysing data and implementing optimization strategies.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation within fulfilment operations to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure harmonization across warehouses to standardize processes and improve operational sustainability.
• Maintain professional relationships with various departments to promote organizational collaboration.
• Strategically analyse current operations and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Develop and implement change initiatives to enhance organizational productivity.
• Evaluate and develop strategic partnerships that drive business growth and operational excellence.
