As a Warehouse Deputy Manager you will be responsible for the daily management of the warehouse, supervision of logistics operations, performance tracking (KPIs, budget, invoicing) and continuous improvement of safety and efficiency. At the same time you will have a chance to lead and develop our teams to ensure customer satisfaction and proper activity planning.

Your core activities would consist of:

Supervise and coordinate logistics operations and all inbound and outbound flows
Monitor performance through KPIs (operational, safety, budget, invoicing)
Team management, development, and resource allocation based on activity (managers and operational staff)
Cost & Budget Management
Compliance & Safety Management

You've got

Logistics & Warehouse Management – Knowledge of supply chain operations and fulfillment processes.
Leadership & Team Development – Ability to lead, motivate, and improve operational teams.
Process Improvement & Efficiency – Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or operational best practices.
Budget & Cost Control – Strong financial management skills in an operational setting.
Risk & Compliance Management – Understanding of safety regulations and operational risk mitigation.
High level of adaptability
Proper Team Spirit
Native level of French & good level of English
