We are hiring a new team that will be based in our brand-new warehouse in Azuqueca de Henares, Guadalajara. As part of our expansion, we are looking for talented Technical After Sales Agents who can bring their expertise and language skills to our growing operation.

The Technical After Sales Agent is responsible for efficiently managing escalated after-sales cases by providing expert technical troubleshooting and resolution via phone and email. This role focuses on accurately diagnosing product issues, coordinating with external service partners when needed, and ensuring detailed case documentation that supports future claims—all while maintaining high customer satisfaction and adherence to KPIs.


You've got
  • Knowledge in managing cases received from customer service by reviewing customer-provided details (including photos and videos) and determining the appropriate course of action.
  • The ability to conduct technical troubleshooting over the phone and via email, requesting additional information when necessary, and propose concrete resolutions—such as dispatching a technician for further diagnostics or verifying warranty coverage.
  • Negotiating skills, ensuring resolutions are fair and aligned with customer expectations and company policies.
  • Experience acting as the primary point of contact for external technical repair or service partners by proactively reviewing open cases to anticipate operational blockers and addressing queries related to specific cases.
  • You find it easy to collaborate closely with customer service to ensure that resolution outcomes meet customer expectations and align with the established generosity framework.
  • Willingness to Operate within a hybrid environment (remote and in-office at the warehouse in Azuqueca de Henares) in a call center setup, while benefiting from direct exposure to product handling and technical analysis.
