We're now looking for an experienced Agile Coach to help us develop our organization even further.

As an Agile Coach, you'll work daily with our tech teams that are working within different value streams and on different flight levels across the whole organization. Moreover, you will have a chance to work with non -tech departments. You’ll contribute to building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame.We've got a hybrid work model so you'll be based in Düsseldorf(and willing to also meet the team in Palma in a regular Cadence)

You will

You will work as an area coach building the leadership triangle between the product area lead, tech area lead and the agile coach.
You will support Product & Tech teams by helping with facilitating and introducing Agile practices
You will support the OKR process across your area or value stream.

You've got

Minimum 4 years experience as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master.
Expertise with a range of Agile frameworks, methods, and tools (e.g. Kanban, Scrum, XP, Design Thinking, LeSS, Nexus, OKR) and their application to a varied range of contexts.
Practical expertise with a range of tools as Jira (admin level), Confluence, Lucid/Miro
You’re confident in decision-making, problem-solving, and dealing with ambiguity.
A servant leadership mindset and a natural willingness to empower teams and individuals to reach the next level.
You’re goal-oriented, skilled at managing priorities, and eager to drive process improvements.
Team spirit with a high level of independence – a hands on approach is very important to us.
Very good communication skills and the ability to know how to address different audiences.
Experience working in international environments and remote teams. English is our business language.
A leadership, training, education, or coaching background (nice to have).
