We are currently looking for a passionate, customer-solution-oriented, and open-minded individual to join our Customer Service Experience team as a "Customer Service Expert.”
In this role, you will be mainly responsible for, but not limited to, the following: handling 3rd Level requests (claims and complaints); managing escalations; proactive case monitoring and proactive customer communication; quality assurance; and creating detailed reports regarding 2nd-level requests and escalations.
