As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the success of paid campaigns across multiple markets, with a focus on efficiency, growth, and alignment to strategic goals. Working across a mix of digital channels, you will plan, optimize, and evaluate performance, contributing to both local and cross-market initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business, including Country Leads, Commercial teams, and our BI and Tech partners, while staying focused on results and impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple performance marketing channels (e.g. Search, Display, Social), tailored to the needs of each market
- Develop and execute effective performance marketing strategies to meet business objectives and growth targets
- Manage budgets, monitor and analyse campaign performance (ROAS, CPO, CR, etc.), extract insights from the data, and drive continuous improvement
- Identify new opportunities to enhance performance and test new formats, tactics, or automation solutions
- Contribute to reporting design and process improvements to improve transparency and support better decision-making
- Stay up to date with the latest platform developments and industry trends to maintain a high standard of campaign excellence
- Collaborate with Country Leads and cross-functional teams (e.g. BI, Tech, Content) to ensure campaign alignment and smooth execution
