Operating in both B2B and B2C segments, we offer over 1.5 million products, sourced from Metro and various trusted sellers across six countries.
A core component of our acquisition strategy revolves around performance marketing. We manage multiple marketing channels through a sophisticated custom-built technological solution, supporting over 700 accounts across different platforms.
We aim to further empower our marketing teams through advanced technological capabilities and seek a dedicated Senior Product Manager to deeply integrate with our marketing teams, identify key improvement areas, and deliver impactful solutions. What You Will Do:
First 3 Months:

What You Will Do:
- Lead the ongoing evolution of our Feed Management System (FMS) and Ads Management System to support greater experimentation and optimize CAC/LTV.
- Deeply understand and analyze performance marketing operations, identifying opportunities for automation and technology-supported enhancements, leveraging the latest AI capabilities.
- Oversee and actively participate in data analytics related to performance marketing. Collaborate closely with analysts to propose innovative uses of data to optimize ROI.
- Support and potentially expand responsibility within our retail media initiatives, aligning marketing technology to drive internal monetization channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analytics, engineering, marketing) to orchestrate seamless implementation of new solutions and improvements.
- Ensure marketing and analytical solutions remain compliant with legal, technical, and platform-specific requirements (e.g., Google Ads).
First 3 Months:
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current technical setup, team workflows, and marketing processes.
- Identify immediate optimization opportunities and develop a clear action roadmap.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in marketing, analytics, and tech teams.
- Implement your first major improvements, demonstrating measurable impact on marketing efficiency and performance metrics.
- Develop and launch initial experiments that optimize the CAC/LTV ratio.
- Establish robust reporting and analytics frameworks supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Together with marketing team create, support and initiate transition towards LTV-based performance strategy.
- Successfully manage and expand retail media projects, contributing to increased revenue through effective monetization strategies.
- Drive a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, demonstrated by consistent growth in marketing efficiency and positive ROI.
