- 3rdLevel requests handling (claims & complaints) such as Escalations management and Warranty & Special Requests handling
- Engage with customers through various channels and deliver personalized assistance
- Quality assurance and measurement activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and customer-centric initiatives
- Handling of negative Customer reviews
- Point of contact for all kind of enquiries raised by customers
