You will provide telephone consultation to our Italian key business customers, including restaurants, hotels, and small businesses, regarding our high-quality solutions in the field of commercial kitchen technology. You will have access to inbound calls, allowing you to actively and precisely address our customers' inquiries.Your responsibilities at a glance:
- Conducting telephone consultations (inbound calls) to advise and sell our high-quality commercial kitchen technology products to our key existing and new customers (hotels, restaurants, and small businesses)
- Proactively advising and selling our products and product bundles through outbound calls
- Creating individual offers, including clarifying details such as availability and conditions, in collaboration with business partners and respective teams
- Tracking customer inquiries and individual offers until successful completion
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through regular contact and follow-up calls
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase value for our customers
- Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of the inbound process by sharing expertise and introducing innovative ideas
