As our sales consultant you support both of our core sales teams: In telesales you will consult our business customers — including restaurants, hotels, and small businesses — in their purchase decision for our high-quality commercial kitchen technology, tableware and disposables. You will handle inbound and outbound sales calls. In addition, you work closely with our Key Account team, assisting with offer creation and administrative customer support.

Your responsibilities at a glance
Telesales
- Conducting inbound and outbound telephone consultations to advise on and sell our high-quality commercial kitchen products (e.g., professional appliances for washing, cooking, and cooling) to our French customers
- Creating tailored product offers, including availability and pricing, in collaboration with internal teams
- Tracking customer inquiries and offers until successful completion
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through regular contact and follow-up calls
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Actively contributing to process improvements through feedback and ideas
- Supporting the Key Account Managers with administrative tasks and day-to-day customer management
- Creating and managing offers and order-related communication
- Assisting with the coordination of internal workflows and ensuring a smooth customer experience for our key accounts
- Acting as a point of contact for operational support regarding large accounts
