At METRO Markets, we build a mature and growing B2B e-commerce marketplace that serves professional customers across six European countries.
We’re now looking for a skilled Senior UX Designer to help shape two of the most visited and high-impact areas of our platform: the Product Detail Page and the Search experience. We're seeking someone who’s eager to solve complex problems, drive design strategy, and create meaningful impact on high-traffic areas.

What you’ll work on:

 You’ll join two key product teams, Storefront (Product Detail Page) and Search & Recommendations – working closely with product managers and developers in a collaborative product trio setup. These teams tackle some of the most critical user journeys on the marketplace. Your role will focus on ideating, shaping, and refining customer experiences, helping our users find the right products.

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end UX work for the Product Detail Page and Search experiences
• Develop user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to test and validate ideas
• Collaborate daily with product and tech in a product trio setup to shape roadmap priorities
• Plan and run user research and usability testing (in collaboration with our User Research team)
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, usable solutions
• Contribute to our Design System to ensure consistency and scalability
• Continuously monitor performance via analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve
