We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our Web Analytics team and help us measure, understand, and optimize the impact of our marketing investments. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with marketing attribution models, marketing performance metrics, and the ability to connect web analytics data with broader marketing activities to deliver actionable insights.

- Design, implement, and evaluate marketing attribution models (e.g., last-click, multi-touch, MMM) to understand channel performance.
- Monitor and report on key marketing metrics such as ROAS, customer acquisition cost, retention and customer lifetime value.
- Integrate web analytics data (traffic, conversion funnels, behavioral insights) with paid and non-paid marketing touchpoints.
- Build and maintain dashboards that clearly communicate insights to marketing, commercial, and leadership teams.
- Partner with marketing team to translate data into actions.
- Support testing frameworks (A/B, incrementality) to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on new measurement methodologies, privacy changes, and digital tracking tools.
