As Employer Brand & Talent Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and driving our employer brand experience both internally and externally. Also, you will improve our talent management, using internal and external resources. This combination of roles provides you with the opportunity to make a real impact on how people experience working with and for METRO Markets.
Together with our passionate People Team, you’ll design initiatives that attract top talent, strengthen our culture, and support continuous development.
What you’ll do
Employer Branding
- Update our Employer Brand in a ONE METRO Group context.
- Own and develop our social media presence: create engaging content, review strategies, and share our story with the world.
- Organize events and create presentations that bring our brand and culture to life.
- Shape the onboarding experience: review and update our onboarding process to ensure a smooth start for new joiners.
- Drive monthly onboarding sessions to welcome new colleagues into our journey.
- Conduct training needs analysis across departments and building tailored learning plans using internal and external resources.
- Implement succession planning to support sustainable growth and future leadership across the company.
