We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on CRM Lead to take ownership of our customer relationship management efforts and elevate them to the next level. In this role, you’ll design and execute CRM strategies that boost engagement, increase retention, and maximize lifetime value. You’ll combine data-driven decision-making with creative campaign execution while working cross-functionally to deliver measurable impact.

- Define and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy across multiple channels (email, local sales team integrations, etc.)
- Use advanced customer segmentation to deliver personalized, timely, and impactful communications
- Lead the planning and execution of automated, transactional, and ad-hoc campaigns – including reputation management initiatives
- Partner with Product, Data, and other teams to continuously enhance CRM performance
- Analyze campaign data, run A/B tests, and optimize messaging against key KPIs
- Manage and mentor a team of CRM Specialists and a Reputation Manager, fostering growth and excellence
