We’re now looking for a skilled Senior UX / UI Designer to help shape critical phases of the customer journey in our product area: Checkout and After-Sales Solutions. We’re seeking someone eager to tackle complex problems, shape design strategy, and make a meaningful impact on the post-purchase experience.

You’ll join key product teams, working closely with product managers and developers in a collaborative product trio setup. These teams tackle some of the most essential user journeys — from streamlining repeat orders and professional services to ensuring clear, reliable order tracking and post-purchase communication. Your role will focus on shaping seamless and reliable end-to-end experiences that build trust and support customers across every stage of the post-purchase journey.

What you’ll do:
- Lead end-to-end UX and UI design for key after-sales experiences
- Develop user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to test and validate ideas
- Collaborate daily with product and tech in a product trio setup to shape roadmap priorities
- Apply service design methods to map end-to-end customer journeys, ensuring solutions work across touchpoints and stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across product, tech and business to drive shared understanding and buy-in.
- Plan and run user research and usability testing (in collaboration with our User Research team)
- Translate complex requirements into clear and usable solutions
- Contribute to our Design System to ensure consistency and scalability
- Continuously monitor performance via analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve
- Deliver high-quality UI design that brings usability and visual excellence to our customer-facing experiences
