CRM also covers reputation management, including customer feedback and NPS-related communication, making it a key touchpoint throughout the customer journey.
We’re looking for a CRM Specialist to join our CRM team and help elevate our customer communication to the next level — with a strong focus on advanced analytics, experimentation, technical CRM execution, and scalable automation.
In this role, you’ll work closely with marketing teams, product, tech, data, commercial stakeholders, and country teams. You’ll own CRM automations across all customer lifecycle stages, end-to-end, and actively shape how CRM supports acquisition, engagement, retention, reactivation, and reputation management at scale.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Plan, create, and execute automated and ad-hoc CRM campaigns using Bloomreach, primarily via email
- Build and maintain advanced, dynamic email templates, working hands-on with HTML and Jinja (strong technical proficiency is required)
- Own and further develop CRM automations across the full customer lifecycle, collaborating closely with marketing, product, tech, data, commercial, and country specific teams
- Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and feedback signals (e.g. NPS), translating insights into clear optimization actions
- Work with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, and Bloomreach reporting; experience with VS Code and basic Python is a strong plus
- Continuously improve segmentation, personalization logic, and templating frameworks
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation initiatives at scale
- Ensure data quality, correct tracking, and robust technical CRM setup in close collaboration with tech and data teams
- Act as a CRM subject-matter expert, proactively driving alignment and solving execution challenges across stakeholders
- Work in an agile setup, contributing to sprint planning and documentation using Jira and Confluence
