We’re looking for a Working Student to support our CRM team in executing, analyzing, and optimizing customer communication, with a strong focus on email marketing and growing exposure to advanced CRM tooling and analytics.
This role offers hands-on experience in a modern CRM setup within an international, fast-moving e-commerce environment — ideal for students who want to deepen their skills in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven decision-making.
What you’ll be doing
Working closely with our CRM Specialists & CRM Team lead, you’ll support the planning, execution, and analysis of CRM campaigns and automations across multiple European markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the planning, implementation, and analysis of CRM campaigns, with a strong focus on email marketing
- Assisting in the execution of automated and ad-hoc CRM campaigns using Bloomreach
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of email templates, including hands-on work with HTML and Jinja (with guidance)
- Helping analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and feedback signals (e.g.NPS)
- Supporting reporting and dashboards using tools such asBloomreachreporting, Power BI, or Looker Studio
- Assisting with A/B tests and experimentation initiatives
- Supporting research projects on CRM-related topics, customer behavior, or competitor activity
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and, where needed, external partners (e.g.survey or tooling providers)
- Supporting documentation, sprint planning, and task tracking in Jira and Confluence
- Assistingwith general day-to-day CRM operations and administrative tasks
