- Drive Performance: Develop and execute strategies to boost NPS and Seller Account Health, championing a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Connect the Dots: Act as the central hub across internal teams and external partners to resolve complex operational roadblocks.
- Analyze & Optimize: Continuously track marketplace metrics to turn raw data into actionable performance improvements.
- Expand Horizons: Identify and unlock new cross-border selling opportunities.
- Ensure Smooth Operations: Optimize order fulfillment processes and oversee accurate seller payouts.
