We are looking for an Operations Team Lead to join our team in a dynamic, international, and constantly evolving logistics environment.

 Your mission 

You will be responsible for the overall management of the team and for planning activities based on workload and available resources, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety and quality standards.

What will you do?

  • Operational planning and team organization according to volume and priorities.
  • Shift management and staffing.
  • Skill development, cross-training, and team support.
  • Onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Supervision and coaching of order pickers and receiving agents.
  • Planning order waves based on priorities, storage capacity, and processing times.
  • Replenishment management.
  • Weekly verification of receipts and inventory control.
  • Ensuring staff safety and compliance with rules and procedures.
  • Daily reporting of results and information handover between shifts.
  • Proposing action plans and continuous improvement initiatives, as well as resolving incidents under the supervision of the Operations Manager.

You've got

  • Previous experience leading teams in logistics environments.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes: order preparation, inventory, and warehouse management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset and results orientation.
  • Proficiency with computer tools and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Proactive attitude and focus on continuous improvement.
