We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our Makro Fulfillment team in Madrid ( Azuqueca de Henares).
This role focuses on leading and motivating the team, addressing operational challenges, and supporting the achievement of organizational objectives. Additionally, it ensures compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
As our Operations Manager, you would take care of the following tasks:
- Supervise and support the operations team in daily tasks to maintain high efficiency and quality.
- Monitor team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions when needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee training, onboarding, and continuous skill development of team members.
- Ensure clear reporting and communication between team members, management, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate execution and planning of operational tasks, including resource allocation and workflow management.
- Maintain adherence to company policies, security protocols, and safety regulations.
- Act as a key link between the team and management, ensuring a positive team environment and open communication.
- Proactively suggest operational improvements and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.
