We are currently looking for a “Customer Service Expert” to join our Customer Service team within the Operations department in our Dusseldorf office. This is a 16 month contract with possibility of extension, that reports directly to the “Head of Customer Service”.
In this role you will be mainly responsible for, but not limited to, the following: 3rdLevel requests handling (claims & complaints) such as Escalations management and Warranty & Special Requests handling; Creation of detailed reports reg. 3rdLevel requests and escalations; Proactive case monitoring and proactive customer communication; Handling of customer requests; and Handling of negative Customer reviews.
